Summary
- Secret Communities are private and invitation-only — accept invitations only from people or organisations you trust.
- Never share passwords or verification codes; Picom staff and community administrators will not ask for your password.
- Secrecy does not guarantee that other members will keep your messages confidential; others may copy or redistribute content.
- Avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information inside a community.
- You may block users, leave the community, and report illegal, threatening, fraudulent or abusive content.
- Leaving removes your access immediately; rejoining requires a new invitation.

Before You Join
This is a private, invitation-only community. Please review the following security points before you continue.
- Accept invitations only from people or organisations you trust.
- Do not share your password or verification codes.
- Picom employees and community administrators will not ask for your password.
- Do not send money or disclose financial information solely because someone asks inside a community.
- Do not open suspicious files or links.
- Community secrecy does not guarantee that other members will keep your messages confidential.
- Other members may copy, photograph or redistribute content.
- Avoid sharing identity documents, home addresses or other highly sensitive information.
- Report illegal, threatening, fraudulent or abusive content.
- You may block users and leave the community.
- Leaving the community immediately removes your access and a new invitation will be required to rejoin.
- Picom may review relevant records when investigating a report, security incident or legal request.
- Participation remains subject to Picom’s Terms, Privacy Notice and Community Rules.
Optional processing
You must not be required to accept optional data processing (such as marketing messages or optional diagnostics) in order to join a Secret Community.
