Explicit Consent Texts (Optional Purposes Only)
Separate, optional consent purpose texts for marketing SMS, future call recording, and optional diagnostics attachment. The Privacy Notice is not consent.
This text is a draft for counsel review. Screens alone do not make Picom “KVKK compliant” or “GDPR certified”.

Summary
- Consent is requested only for optional purposes that genuinely require consent.
- Each purpose uses a separate, specific control that is never preselected.
- Refusing optional consent does not block unrelated core Secret Community services.
- The Privacy Notice is informational and is not itself a consent request.
- You may withdraw consent as easily as you granted it, via the controls Picom provides.
- Optional call recording is a future capability and is not enabled by default.
Full notice
Privacy notice is not consent
The Secret Community Privacy Notice explains processing. It must not be combined with consent into a single checkbox such as “I have read the privacy notice and consent to all processing.” Notice delivery is logged separately from any consent grant, denial or withdrawal.
Purpose A — Optional marketing SMS
I optionally consent to Picom sending me marketing or promotional SMS messages to my verified telephone number. This consent is separate from telephone verification. I can refuse or withdraw this consent without affecting verification or core Secret Community access. Marketing will not use my number unless this optional consent is granted.
Purpose B — Optional call recording (future)
If Picom offers call recording for creator verification in the future, I understand recording is optional where consent is the applicable basis. I optionally consent to recording of the verification call solely for the stated verification and security purpose, with access limited to authorised personnel and retention as stated in the then-current recording notice. This control will not be preselected. I may refuse recording; refusal must not automatically prevent community creation where verification can reasonably be completed without recording. A non-recorded alternative will be provided where legally required.
Purpose C — Optional diagnostics attach
I optionally consent to attaching limited diagnostic or technical information to a support or security report I submit, to help Picom investigate the issue. This is separate from mandatory security logging required to operate the service. I can refuse or withdraw this optional attachment consent without losing the ability to submit a basic report or use unrelated core features.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal of any optional consent must be as easy as granting it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal, and does not erase records Picom must retain for legal or security obligations.
