- Every Secret Community provides ways to report content, users, communities and invitations, and to block users or leave.
- Report categories cover illegal content, violence, harassment, child safety, fraud, malware, impersonation, privacy violations, hate abuse, spam and other concerns.
- Moderation decisions are recorded with policy basis, evidence considered, decision, duration and review details.
- Users affected by significant moderation actions receive a clear statement of reasons, subject to lawful security and confidentiality limits.
- Automation may contribute to triage, but significant decisions involve human review as required.
- Appeals or re-review may be available depending on the action and applicable policy.

Reporting and safety controls
Every Secret Community must provide reporting and safety controls, including report message, report user, report community, report invitation, block user, leave community, and emergency safety information where appropriate.

Report categories include:
- Illegal content
- Threat or violence
- Harassment
- Child safety
- Fraud or phishing
- Malware
- Impersonation
- Privacy violation
- Hate or discriminatory abuse

Decision records
Moderation decisions must record:
- Content or account affected
- Policy basis
- Legal basis where applicable
- Evidence considered
- Decision
- Duration
- Decision maker
- Whether automation contributed
- Whether human review occurred
- Appeal availability
Statement of reasons and limits
Users affected by significant moderation actions must receive a clear statement of reasons, subject to lawful security and confidentiality limits. Picom may withhold details that would compromise security systems, ongoing investigations, or the rights and safety of others.
