Community rules and acceptable-use standards for Secret Community creators and members, including prohibitions on illegal activity, phishing, credential theft and evasion of safety controls.

Summary

Scope
These rules apply to everyone who creates, administers, moderates or participates in a Secret Community on Picom. They apply in addition to Picom’s general terms and platform policies.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use a Secret Community for illegal activity.
- Organise harassment, threats, fraud or coordinated abuse.
- Distribute malware, phishing links or stolen account credentials.
- Request passwords, authentication codes or financial credentials from users.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Picom or another person or organisation.
- Upload or share content that violates applicable law, including child-safety prohibitions.
- Spam, flood or otherwise disrupt community operations.
- Evade Picom moderation or security controls.
- Create replacement communities to circumvent a restriction.
Creator and administrator responsibilities
If you create or administer a Secret Community, you additionally confirm that you are authorised to use any verified telephone number associated with creation, that information you provide is accurate, and that you will take reasonable action against rule-violating content reported in your community.
- Inform members that secrecy does not remove their legal responsibilities.
- Understand that Secret Communities are not invisible to Picom’s authorised trust, safety, security and legal personnel.
- Cooperate with investigations of reports and security incidents where required.
- Accept that community access may be restricted where required to protect users or comply with law.
Enforcement
Picom may investigate reports and security incidents. Serious or repeated violations may result in community suspension, deletion or account restriction. Significant enforcement decisions are subject to human review and applicable statement-of-reasons requirements, within lawful security and confidentiality limits.
No absolute confidentiality; no unverified encryption claims
Secret Communities are invitation-only private spaces, but they are not absolutely confidential. Picom does not claim end-to-end encryption for Secret Communities in these rules. Authorised Picom personnel may access relevant records for security investigation, abuse prevention, legal compliance and related authorised purposes.
